This training program is intended to be completed entirely online. Depending on your duties or workplace hazards, hands-on equipment training such as mask fit testing and bump testing with specific equipment, or site-specific training such as evacuation and emergency response procedures for your workplace may be required. Please contact us for more information or to arrange supplementary or hands-on training.

Intended for

Intended for individuals who are seeking information on the hazards of hydrogen sulfide in the workplace. This course provides information to assist individuals on how to protect themselves from exposure and explains how to deal with emergencies involving H2S.

Please Note: This program is not equivalent to the Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive in class course.

Upon Completion

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print. The certificate is valid for three (3) years.

Testing conducted throughout this online H2S course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A grade of 80% must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion. Participants can repeat the course twice if the pass grade is not achieved on the first attempt. Employers will be responsible for deeming worker competent.
